Daoyin Percussion
This is a stretching exercise that involves swinging the arms tostretch and “knock” a part of the body, driven by spinal rotation.The exercise may promote the energy, blood and Lymph systemflow, as well as relax muscles and benefit the functional physicalstructure and function. For example, the gut, celiac area, groin,and armpit area are on the list of being “beat up”. This exercise iseasy to learn and effective, so our students very welcome it.
